+ Collections

Collection can be made Monday - Friday between 10.00am-2.00pm Saturday and Sunday collections would need to be arrnge at time of order

Please be mindful of the size of your balloons when collecting and make sure you have room in your vehicle, we cannot be held responsible if you cant take the balloon with you.

+ Stock shortages

There my be times certain items are out of stock from our suppliers. If this happens, we will always replace the item with it's nearest substitute where we have to make small adjustments to your display, we will only send your order once we are happy with it. If we have to make a big change to your order we will contact you to offer alternative balloons.

+ Can I return my order?

Unfortunately not, as these items are perishable and also fully personalised. As we will either be delivering or you will be collecting. We make our balloons 24 hours in advance so we are 100% happy with the quality of your balloon before collection/delivery.

+ Changes to your order

If there are any changes please get in touch as quickly as possible to discuss, we will accommodate where possible.

+ My Balloon doesnt look exactly the same as the picture

As the pictures are for illustration purposes only, they wont look exactly the same, but be assured we would not send out a balloon we were not 100% happy with. The design will depend on the balloons used and we will build your display accordingly. Our balloons are made 24 hours in advance of collection/delivery, to ensure there are no faulty balloons and we are completely happy with the look of your order.

+ Personalisation of our balloons.

We will always ensure your wording fits perfectly on the balloon of your choice. Please ensure spelling is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified.

+ How long will my balloons float?

This ranges from 12 hours for latex to 3-5 days for foil balloons, possibly longer. The conditions they are kept in effect the balloons, please keep them away from direct sunlight, radiators and fires. Please refer to our care card supplied with every order.

+ My balloons were faulty

We make every effort to make sure your balloons are perfect when they leave us, unfortunately once they leave our premises they are out of our control and could be damaged in your vehicle on collection. Please remember to be super careful as we cannot be held responsible once the balloon leaves our premises. Please be aware we make all balloons 24 hours in advance to make sure there are no faults, so you can feel safe in the knowledge they are perfect when you collect/have delivered.

+ How do we go about ordering something bespoke or book you for an event?

We would love to work with you to create something completely unique and fits your style, please drop us an email with your contact details and requirements and we'll be in touch to discuss.

+ What do you do with my personal information?

We will never, never, never, ever pass on your information to a third party for marketing purposes. We may send you emails if you sign up to our newsletter.

+ Can my child play with the balloons?

We advise you to supervise your child at all times, burst balloons can be exceedingly dangerous, once the balloon has burst immedietly throw away the pieces...CHOKING HAZARD. Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons.

+ Is it safe to breathe in helium?

Definatley not! Please do not do this, our balloons are 100% helium, it can cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting, suffocation and death. Some balloon suppliers use 50% helium and 50% air mix in their balloons, ours are 100% helium therefore they float for longer but are also dangerous to inhale.

+ The Environment and our balloons

All our latex balloons are created from the sap of rubber trees, an organic material and is fully biodegradable. A latex balloon, once popped will biodegrade at around the same time as an oak leaf. Making this the perfect gift, knowing you're not damaging the environment. Foil balloons although not biodegradable, can be recycled in your plastic recycling bin and not your general waste.

+ Balloon releases

We do not condone balloon releases and will never knowingly supply balloons for this purpose, they are harmful to the environment, please once you have enjoyed your balloons, pop them and place them in the relevant bin, general waste for latex (they will biodegrade nicely in there) plastic waste for Foil balloons.
